We are delighted to share our latest real-world evidence publication, titled “Retrospective, Non-Interventional, Multicenter Study on the Effectiveness and Safety of Intravesical Bacillus Calmette–Guerin in Patients with Non-Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer: Real-World Experience from Six Hospital Centers in Greece” in Current Oncology.
The Health Through Evidence team was responsible for the study design, protocol preparation, data analysis, and medical writing. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the professors, associates, and medical experts whose invaluable contributions made this study possible.
Real-world evidence studies are particularly important as they provide crucial insights into the effectiveness and safety of treatments in everyday clinical practice. These studies help bridge the gap between the controlled environment of clinical trials and the complexities of real-world patient populations, ultimately supporting better-informed decisions in patient care and advancing evidence-based medicine.
